Refunds

Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of our engagement. “Confidential Information” includes business strategies, customer data, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
Workflow Automation Systems will not disclose client confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to subcontractors bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WORKFLOW AUTOMATION SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKFLOW AUTOMATION SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
- ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WORKFLOW AUTOMATION SYSTEMS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workflow Automation Systems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Class Action Waiver
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Changes to Services
Workflow Automation Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of features, databases, or content. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or technical failures.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workflow Automation Systems regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
Severability
